This blog will feature a collection of ideas that accumulate in my mind on a daily basis. I have interest in many topics but lack enough expressive outlets to voice and process a big chunck of the input that goes into my brain. Like most people that I know, I have a Facebook page. Facebook is good for posting things from time to time, but I think the wall of the profile page becomes too clogged with information if one posts all their musings and random ideas there. Additionally, there are often times that material being presented electronically (cybertronically) should be filtered, or should I say sorted, into a place for readers that have an interest to look at it. For example, if I read about global agro-industrial supply chains and consumption patterns, write a brief critical summary on it, and post it up on the net, I assume some of the people I knew from junior high (called middle school these days) will have little interest in reading it. I generally would care to avoid having them completely tune me out because I post weird, scientific thoughts on my Facebook wall. With these factors under consideration, I decided to create this page called, 'Lucid Design and Randomness.' I will put a link on my Facebook profile so others can find it, and if they want to - but don't have to, of course - they can click it to be transported to this platform that displays ideas on topics I come across and feel the need to express, display, and allow other people to help me further process.
If you ever read something here and have a comment or criticism, please feel free to send it to me at jeffjackso@gmail. Please enjoy!
P.S. By the way, I plan to write about other things besides scientific articles, international affairs, business, electrical power technology, kung-fu, music, the Peter Tosh-Eric Clapton-Leon Russel creative social network connection, and the issues of integrating into cultures with different languages and interesting challanges to be faced by those embarking on such a course. These are some of the topics. I have more and will put them into the mix.
